We're seeking experienced Clinical Nurses to join the Continuing Care Team in Mackay. This role is ideal for mental health clinicians with a strong background in community case management and prior experience within Queensland Health. You'll provide ongoing care to adults with long-term mental illness, helping to stabilise and enhance quality of life through therapeutic intervention, continuity of care, and multi-disciplinary coordination. Please note: Only candidates with QLD Mental Health experience will be considered.
